DaleNeka Walker
Founder & Chief Executive Officer | Minister | Educational Visionary
DaleNeka Walker is a dedicated minister, educational visionary, and youth development leader committed to educating, equipping, and empowering the next generation.
With a foundation rooted in faith, servant leadership, and community service, she has devoted her work to mentoring young people, developing impactful youth programs, and creating opportunities for academic, personal, spiritual, and professional growth.
As the Founder and CEO of Walker Academy Youth Leadership Institute, she believes that every young person has a God-given purpose and deserves the opportunity to discover their gifts, develop their potential, and become a leader of tomorrow.
Her vision extends beyond traditional education—to establish a faith-centered educational institution where biblical principles, academic excellence, leadership, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness prepare students for a lifetime of purpose and success.

We are planning a faith-centered K–12 academy that will extend Walker Academy’s mission into a full preparatory school. K–12 enrollment is not yet open, but this future academy will provide rigorous academics, biblical foundations, leadership development, and real-world readiness for tomorrow’s visionary leaders.
