Walker Academy is a faith-based community-driven organization committed to developing the next generation of leaders through education, mentorship, and real-world opportunities. Founded by Daleneka Walker, Walker Academy was created to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity for youth and young adults.

Walker Academy Career Institute (Walker Academy LLC)
Our Career Institute focuses on workforce development, entrepreneurship, and postsecondary readiness. We equip participants with the skills, certifications, and confidence needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market. From job readiness training and financial literacy to business development and career exploration, our programs are designed to prepare individuals for long-term success.
Walker Academy Youth Ministry (Walker Academy Inc.)
As the nonprofit arm, our Youth Ministry is dedicated to mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement. We provide a safe and supportive environment where young people can grow personally, socially, and spiritually while building strong values and a sense of purpose.
Our ministry is built on the belief that when youth are supported through faith, mentorship, and positive community, they are empowered to succeed not only academically, but in life.
